The successful applicant must have:
- Experience in the childcare industry
- Cert 3, Diploma, ECT or working towards a qualification
- Good written and verbal skills
- Personal and professional values that align with our philosophy
- A desire to achieve high quality education and care
- The ability to form secure relationships with families, children and other educators
- An enthusiastic, creative “think outside the box” approach
- A genuine passion for nature and sustainability
- The ability to implement a diverse program based on the needs of each individual child
- Respect for children's individuality and rights as contributors to the learning environment
- The desire to be part of a culture of reflective practice and continual improvement
- Current First Aid, Child Protection, Working with children's check
- Genuine passion and understanding of the National Quality Framework

Task & Responsibilities
- create and maintain a safe, healthy and inclusive environment that supports each child’s agency
- support families as children’s first and most important teacher and respect their right to make decisions about their children
- build a spirit of collegiality and professionalism through collaborative relationships based on trust, respect and honesty
- Implement a program underpinning the EYLF and our service philosophy
- To facilitate the implementation of contemporary, research based practices
- Contribute to the development of the Quality Improvement Plan
- Support each child to feel safe, secure, confident and included
Qualification & Experience
Relevant Cert 111 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
Current First Aid certificate
Child Protection
Working with Children's check
