Your responsibilities and duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Plan and support the delivery of our education program.
Maintaining ongoing records of the children’s development, program, and daily information for children.
Taking observations and planning for a small group of children. • Facilitate a collaborative work environment.
Create inspiring, interesting, and age-appropriate learning environments.
Form meaningful partnerships with families to reach the best outcomes for each individual child.
A focus on the Primary Care-Giving Approach.
To work as a member of a co-operative team in order to provide an appropriate, high quality, nurturing, educational program for the children within the ELS.
To be a proud advocate for Reddam at all times.
To adhere to the professional and educational guidelines that Reddam promotes and be guided by the Reggio Emilia Philosophy.
To ensure that the policies of Reddam Early Learning Schools are implemented in order to provide appropriate care and educational programs for the children within the school.
To assist the Principal by being an enthusiastic, innovative, dependable and collaborative team player.
To inspire, nurture, guide and mentor the teachers at the school.
To maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, demonstrating enthusiasm, flexibility, maturity and time management skills.
Ensure that all correspondence is professionally written.
To adhere to the Australian Early Childhood Code of Ethics.

Qualification & Experience

Genuine enthusiasm and passion for the profession, and a strong commitment to high quality care is necessary.

You will have a relevant qualification, relevant experience and current teaching accreditation.
