Anthmat Pty Ltd T/A Adams Lane Early Learning Centre is seeking a full time Childcare Centre Manager for their Childcare located at 43 Gale St, Concord NSW 2137.

Task & Responsibilities

Duties include but not limited to:

Developing relationships that support and partner with families.
Ensuring the service is compliant with the Education and Care Services National.
Law and Regulations and other relevant legislation.
Ensuring that the policies of the organisation are implemented.
Ensuring the organisation’s Quality Improvement Plan is implemented and that the organisation works towards exceeding the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care.
Ensuring that the service and staff acts on the organisation’s commitment to continuous improvement wherever possible.
Is responsible for the overall day to day management and administration of the service on behalf of the employer / operator and exercises decision making authority within that role.
Preparing Roster.
Performance management and staff training.
Overseeing and guiding childcare staff to ensure they provide appropriate care and supervision for young children.
Ensuring the facility remains a safe environment for children, employees, and visitors.

Qualification & Experience

An Ideal candidate should be:

Professionally Qualified
Punctual, honest and able to manage time according to priorities
Must have good communication skills
Able to work under pressure

Experience Required: At least two years in the similar field

Good Salary Package: $78,000 plus Super
