About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator / Childcare Worker to join our early learning team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children to explore, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities and programs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
• Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Observe, document, and assess children’s development and progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
