Task & responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Support children’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observe and document children’s learning progress and behaviours
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standard and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other educators and participate in program planning
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

Qualification & experience

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 
• A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team-oriented attitude and a passion for early childhood education
