Task & Responsibilities

Standard tasks & responsibilities for a Diploma qualified childcare worker.

Qualification & Experience

To be considered for this role, you must:

Have experience working within a childcare centre, and have a Diploma-level certificate or be able to obtain one;
Be able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
Ensure that Oxanda’s philosophy, policies and procedures are upheld and implemented;
Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, NQF, NQS, State and Commonwealth Regulations;

All potential employees and volunteers will be required to comply with Oxanda’s Child Safe Policy and Code of Conduct Policy. Our screening process includes but is not limited to, Professional reference checks, Criminal Records Checks, Working with Children Checks and checks of Social media accounts.
